Job: Credit Union Branch Manager

Maintain a highly motivated, well trained staff.
Develop, apply and evaluate policies and procedures for the branch.
Schedule staff, give performance reviews, and recommend salary adjustments.
Monitor office activity, including teller balancing, error and correction, loan volume, new accts.
Approve and deny loans within specific lending authority.
Perform all member services duties and respnsibilities.
Resolve member complaints involving loan decisions or errors on their accounts to ensure member satisfaction.
Ensure the Branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulation.

10 key, typing, and general understanding of bookkeeping entries. PC knowledge. Must be highly efficient in all areas of the credit union tellers, member service, loans and some knowledge of collections.
2 years college or 5 years work experience
