Job: Experienced Multi-unit Property Supervisor

Orion Real Estate Services, Inc. has served a variety of clients including financial institutions, foreign investors and individual owners.

We're hiring an Experienced Multi-unit Property Supervisor with tax credit experience!

Duties include:

Physical management of 5+ multi-family residential properties.

Overall fiscal accountability

Marketing development

Personnel management

Will also acts as a management representative in dealings with various clients. EOE

Minimum 3 years management experience with on-site multi-family properties

Minimum 1 year experience supervising a 1,200+ unit and 5+ property portfolio.

Tax Credit and Section 8 experience required.

Strong "hands-on" financial/budget/P&L experience

Proven marketing and personnel managment capabilities.

Valid driver's license required.

Industry desigations preferred - CAM or ARM, COS, TCS, Real Estate License

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
