We’re a national sub-prime automotive finance company looking for experienced automotive area business development managers who are independent, outgoing, and have established relationships with franchised dealers in the Houston, Texas area.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include identifying potential partner dealerships, educating dealers on the Company’s program while communicating the benefits of using the program, soliciting applications and contracts from active dealer partners, and building relationships with key dealership employees. College degree with two years of successful auto finance sales experience required
Background in sales with a history of success Finance and/or car dealership experience helpful A strong intellect with the ability to communicate programs and policies to dealerships A high level of enthusiasm and the ability to work independently Superlative interpersonal talents with particular emphasis on building relationships Interface with a variety of areas to ensure deals are funded Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to generate new ideas Superior customer service skills |
