Jobing Description

TMA Clerk



Assist with answering incoming store phone calls, emails and Fix-It tickets, researching and resolving store issues, processing return authorizations, mis-pick claims, maintaining departmental databases, preparing, reviewing and submitting spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft applications (Excel & Word); extensive use of AS400 (SIMS) system and queries and Walgreen's electronic mail systems (First Class & Lotus Notes); any other duties as assigned in this function area or other function areas.

Shift is 4pm - midnight. Must be able to type at least 30wpm, perform data entry, and know Excel. Starting salary is $12.50 hour plus .50 shift differential.
