HEALTH CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-NORTHWEST
• Answering telephone inquiries from policyholders and agents via our 800# and also written inquires received through our office • Reviewing policy plans and provisions to determine available options • Processing requests for in-force policy illustrations • Preparing duplicate contracts and/or policy certificates • Processing non-forfeiture options and other policy changes • Researching premium and loan inquiries • Preparing written responses to other general policy inquiries 1-3 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferable in Life Administration and Customer Service. Proven keyboard skills are needed. Prior written and verbal communication skills are required. Dependability and flexibility are a must.
