Job: Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our La Marque, Texas Customer Service Center.


Responsibilities Include:
· Supervising the driver workforce
· Coordinating the daily operations (driver, routing and vehicle activities) necessary to ensure continuing service and customer satisfaction
· Responsible for routing operations
· Overseeing some administrative functions
· Attending meetings with district representatives as needed
· Interacting daily or as needed with district representatives
· Coordinating operations activities with the Safety Training Supervisor and/or General Manager
· Ensuring appropriate, accurate routing materials are developed and available to the drivers
· Functioning as a cover driver and dispatcher as needed


Requirements Include:
· High school diploma or equivalent/some college preferred
· 5 or more years of work experience required, 3 years in ground transportation industry preferred
· 2 or more years of supervisory experience
· Class B CDL and bus permit
· Computer literacy, preferably in word-processing and spreadsheets
· Excellent interpersonal skills and well developed written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent customer service and employee relations skills
· Ability to work in a consistently fast-paced, challenging environment
· Basic math skills, detail orientation
· Mapping and routing skills
