Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously 8. Retrieve messages and return calls appropriately Skills / Requirements
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Customer service driven with excellent communication skills High School diploma or equivalence Bilingual a plus Software (preferred): Medisoft Meditech IDX Medical Manager Important Notes
