Job: Speedy Cash - Senior Assistant Manager Postion

Speedy Cash is a leader in the retail financial industry. Our primary business is offering short term Payday and Title loans to our customers while offering exceptional customer service. We currently have locations in Texas, Arizona, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. Our Houston market is growing, currently we are preparing for a new location to open and we are looking to find high energy folks to join our team. Minimum educational requirement of High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of progressive management experience in a retail environment
A minimum of 1 year prior Customer service experience
Proven ability to recruit, interview and select top talent
Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Proven ability to train and develop others to next level
Ability to implement strategies for maximizing sales and productivity in a complex
fast-paced business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others
Strong decision-making abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook
