Job: Managing Director

We are currently looking for an Managing Director to help us achieve our vision of providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

The primary responsibilities for the Managing Director will include, but are not limited to:

Design and implement office policies

Organize office operations and procedures

Provide on the job and other training opportunities

Evaluate staff performance

Coach and discipline staff

Perform other related duties as required

Responsible for overseeing a staff of 10-20 employees

Supervisor in a hands on environment

Act as a liaison for inter departmental communication

Minimum of 4 years managerial experience

Demonstrate attention to detail

Proficient in computers, specifically, Word, Excel, and Windows

Demonstrate good customer service skills

Must be motivated, proactive, customer service oriented and have the ability to work towards the common goal of the team

Must be able to handle multiple tasks, complexity, and diversity of customers

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Medical experience a plus
