Our materials are found in products touching nearly every facet of modern living. Job Objective: Troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and install plant instrumentation and process analyzers. Perform maintenance programming on PLCs and basic electrical work. Assist in general and preventative maintenance activities with other technicians. Essential Functions: components control valves, controllers, recorders, process, pH, and O2 analyzers detectors, transformers, AC and DC motors and controllers and 3 wire Start/Stop stations packing kits, high voltage switching, Single Phase 480-120/240 and Three Phase 480-120/208 test equipment such as Volt OHM milliamp meter (VOM) with leads, megger with leads, hot stick, and remove couplings from motors Skills / Requirements
Education / Qualifications: Special Requirements: Physical: Walking, driving, standing, lifting, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, fingering, talking, hearing and seeing. Must be able to enter confined spaces and wear a respirator.
