Job: Office Assistant Representative

Provides Customer and employee support that would include scheduling through in and out bound calls and quality assurance follow up.

Office Assistant’s are expected to work at least 5 days a week and work every other Saturday
You must be a detailed person, who enjoys dealing with people, enjoy working in an office setting and can get along with others.

Duties:
• Change schedules to fit the customer and the technician day
• Talk to customers about outstanding balances
• Read and utilize computer generated reports
• Make outbound calls to confirm service and sales appointments
• Make outbound calls to provide quality assurance
• Update and maintain account information
• Maintain daily production route goals
• Presents new services that can be offered by ABC.
• Must be familiar with computers
• Completes records by entering required information.
• Listen to customer and employee needs and respond
• Maintains quality results by adhering to company standards.
• Complete designated work within day/month assigned.
• Attend weekly training meetings
• Maintains safe work habits by following company standards.
• Participates in Company sponsored continuing education classes.
• Educate clients on pest control programs, pool and lawn services.
• Interface with employees at different levels

Requirements:
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass drug test.
• Must be available to work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Skills:
• Good Communication (written/oral).
• Good attendance record.
• Some Computer Skills
• Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions.

Licensing:
• High School education is required.
• Employee must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with a service company is preferred, but not necessary.
• Employer provides classroom and on-the-job training during the first several months of employment and continuous training thereafter.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but is not a job requirement.
