Job: Nurse Coordinator

Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, P.A. is the premier otolaryngology group on the Texas Gulf Coast with 25 physicians and fourteen offices located throughout the Houston area.

We are currently seeking two Nurse Coordinators for our offices in the Woodlands and Willowbrook. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to join a dynamic medical practice.

As a key member of the nursing team, responsibilities include:
• Leadership, supervision and mentoring of nursing staff.
• Facilitating the flow of patient activities.
• Directing clinical care and patient education.
• Providing supportive patient care functions to the physician to achieve patient care goals and objectives.
• Computer based surgical scheduling.

Qualifications: This position requires a high level of enthusiasm and the capacity to overcome obstacles. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. Must have a current RN or LVN license to practice in Texas and CPR certification. 3 years nursing experience and 1 year supervisory experience are required. ENT experience is preferred.
