Jobing Description
* Process new hires/terminations for assigned district locations
* Ensure HR processes/procedures are followed at the local level
* Leave of Absence Administration at district level
* Prepare disciplinary notices, memos and misc. employee letters
* Provide assistance/counseling to managers on employee issues
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, 401(k) or general employment
* Data entry of miscellaneous employee information into payroll system
* Handle/Research employee complaints with management and Corporate HR
* Providing reports to managers to assist in Employee Planning
* Recruit for new personnel for assigned district locations, to include attending job fairs, placing advertisements and assisting in interview process
* Work with Corporate recruiting coordinator, to ensure Company recruiting initiatives are met
* Other duties as assigned
Skills / Requirements
* Education/Experience - Bachelors degree (Human Resources or related field) from a four year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Important Notes
Position will be located in Pleasanton, TX at a new facility. Candidate will be required to travel to Houston for 2-3 weeks for training.
