· Client in Northwest Houston is looking for someone to assist HR Leader and HR Coordinator in all aspects of Human Resources & Benefits. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years HR assistant experience with some experience with benefits Need to have strong Word and Excel. . Client prefers candidates that are bilingual in Spanish but will look at other qualified individuals. Long term temp with a possibility of turning direct. $16.00 (see job description below)
Process all incoming & outgoing mail
· Organization of HR file cabinets
· Maintaining HR/Benefits files
· Ordering of office supplies
· Filling
· Maintaining updated HR/Benefits forms
· Setting up conference rooms for meetings/trainings
· Coordinate schedules and communication
· Stuffing, Sorting and Distribution of payroll checks
· Maintaining Organization Board
· Preparing New Hire Packets and Benefit Binders
· Support to Leadership, Supervision and all employees
· Entering Vacation/PTO/Floating into database
· Processing Matching Gifts
· Processing Educational Reimbursement
· Assist during open enrollment
