Profile: Houston Housing & Employment Resources for People with Disabilities

Difficulty obtaining accessible and affordable housing and adequate employment dramatically impact quality of life for people with disabilities.

This unique event will provide an opportunity for people with disabilities to meet with prospective employers, as well as representatives from various housing related entities and other resource agencies.

Participants will be able to participate in hands-on workshops pertaining to housing and employment issues and receive important information at booths hosted by community organizations, employers, and sponsors. They will also be able to receive help with their resume and interviewing skills, and will be able to interview with potential employers.
