We are proud to be part of the home care industry:  providing service to an increasing number of adults who are able to stay at home with just a little help.  Our services include non-medical assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s) and range from companionship/sitting to personal care such as bathing, transfer and mobility assistance.  Housekeeping services, errands, bill payment, mail sorting and assistance with other organizational needs are also available.  

Services are provided in Northwest Houston, Cypress, Spring and Tomball in the Client’s home or assisted living residence.  Companionship/Sitting services are also provided in hospitals when family members cannot be there as much as they would like.

Our Personal Assistants (caregivers/companions) are caring and compassionate individuals who take pride in their work and delight in creating smiles.  We look for individuals who are able to connect with others and are creative in finding ways to actively engage Clients in activities they truly enjoy.  Last, and very important, employees are carefully screened, bonded and insured. 

Home Vitality Care is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide Personal Assistance Services.
