Profile: HR Houston

HR Houston is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the advancement of human resource management.  The association offers its members networking and professional development opportunities, including meetings with nationally recognized speakers, conferences and workshops throughout the year.
 
HR Houston co-sponsors educational events with Rice University, South Texas College of Law and the National Foreign Trade Council.  Each spring HR Houston hosts the Gulf Coast Symposium on HR issues and Exhibitor Showcase, one of the largest Human Resource management conferences in the United States.

Recognized as the Houston Human Resource Management Association until 2002, HR Houston is a local affiliate (#0096) of the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of the SHRM Texas State Council.
