Houston Pizza Venture, LP. is the local franchisee of Papa John's International. We own and operate all fifty Papa John's restaurants in the Houston area, and will be opening many more in the future. Our traditional pizza crust is made with fresh dough (not frozen) prepared in our own PJ Food Service Quality Control Centers. Our cheese is 100% real mozzarella. And our fresh-packed sauce is made from vine-ripened tomatoes (not concentrate) which go from the vine to the can within six hours
