opened its doors in the fall of 2005 bringing quality care in a luxury environment to Katy and the surrounding communities.  Our professional staff provides 24-hour skilled nursing - working diligently to meet your loved one’s physical and social needs. We provide the highest level of nursing short of hospitalization for individuals in need of assistance with performing everyday activities. Our services are available for long-term and short-term stays. Our fully equipped on-site rehab center offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy provided by a fully licensed staff. Our rehabilitative services strive to maximize your loved one’s level of independence and wellness facilitating the transition from the hospital to home.Our facility also caters to families in need of respite care.

 At Spanish Meadows we value our hard working and dedicated employees. Each month we hold an employee luncheon. This is where employee of the month is announced, monthly birthdays are celebrated, and door prizes are given away.
