The IMPACT Award was created to raise awareness of excellence in human resource programs and practices in the Greater Houston area. The Impact Award recognizes HR workgroups that have created significant business value (impact) for their organizations in the areas of Communications Integrity, Diversity Excellence, Flexible Workplace, HR Service Technology, Small Company, Recruiting and Retention, and Total Rewards and Accountability,.
