Blog Post: CURRENT RESUMES

Charter Staffing receives resumes on a daily basis that are not current.  It is the responsibility of the job seeker to make sure that the resume is current as of the date that the resume is sent.  Unfortunately, we do not have the time to revise each resume and, for that matter, Charter Staffing does not have the applicants' necessary information to perform this process.

It is crucial that everything on the resume is not only current but true and correct.  We check references, perform background checks and verify educational and professional credentials.  This is our promise to our clients and we must do this to continue our tradition of honesty and thoroughness.

We are a service business but we are dependent on our applicants to provide Charter Staffing with the best possible information in a professional format.  Charter Staffing is ready to work with viable applicants but all applicants must be totally prepared to partner with us to find the right position.
