Blog Post: NO SHOWS

Charter Staffing works diligently every day, all day to match applicants and positions.  One of our almost daily challenges is the problem that applicants fail to appear for interviews with us and even our employer clients.  Each morning we review the company calendar and plan our day around the listed activities which always includes applicant interviews.  It is a disappointment to us when applicants do not show up for interviews and do not notify us.  We always wonder what happened and hope there was not a serious problem.  If you cannot keep an appointment, please contact your staffing representative.
