Blog Post: Happy Employees = Prosper Company
posted Sunday, June 15, 2008 1:26 PM
Pretty simple. If you’re employees are happy then they represent the company in a positive manner. If unhappy, it can be detected from their tone of voice. Seriously, you’ve noticed it. There’s more than one way to say “hello” when answering the telephone or greeting a customer in the lobby.
Ways to have happy employees: *Regularly compliment them on their work. *Regularly give them feedback on their performance. *Ask for their input. *Do random acts of kindness. *Have fun at the workplace. *Laugh.

I am a Registered Nurse and live in the Houston area unfortunately I have a horrible job in Temple TX I could be no it is the worst job in the world, my life has been threatened by another RN and would do anything to quit working there. I am a very happy person but this job is breaking my will. Do you think you can help me???????? I have a 16 year old daughter that needs her mommy. my email is fdcoxrn@hotmail.com
You shouldn't feel you have to stay at a job where you have been threatened. You are a Registered Nurse which is a higher level of education that not everyone excels to. There is a nursing shortage which says opportunity is knocking at your door. Is your resume updated? You can post it on Jobing.com free. Also search Jobing.com for jobs. If you need help posting your resume, I can introduce you to my Industry Manager at Jobing.com, he can help you.You need to think about yourself and your daughter.
