Blog Post: Show me the money $$$

Ok, I really don't have money to show you, but I got your attention. Correct? Speaking of money, I truly enjoy my job as accountant for All Nursing Home Health Services, Inc. I have many roles but I really enjoy one particular pleasure and that's compiling payroll and handing out paychecks. That puts a smile on everyone' s face! But where you work and who you work with isn't more important than money. I know, people say if you paid them enough they would work for the devil. Not so. Negative environment finally weighs more than the money.

So what do you look for in an employer other than money? I'm sure driving distance is at the top of your list because of the price of gas. We try to help by letting you tell us the area you want to work in and we try to fit you with our patients. It doesn't always work like we plan, and yes, money talks and we pay our nurses extra to make the trip. Hmmm... There's that money thing again!

We reworked, overhauled, and done a face lift on our benefit package because we want it to be a win-win for company and employee. We understand that the employee drives the company. Without you, we wouldn't have a company. We're partners traveling the home health road together. Don't go too fast or we'll miss our turn!

Ah yes, it's Friday, and getting close to shutting down the office. Dishes are done, backup tape loaded, and searching for merge onto Westpark. Have a great weekend.
