Award Recognizes Company for Fostering Outstanding Work Environment in South Florida

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - June 1, 2006 - Jobing.com, the nation's largest provider of locally-focused job search and recruiting services for local job seekers and employers, announced today that its South Florida office has been honored by the South Florida Business Journal as the winner of its 2006 "Best Places to Work" award in the Small Business category. The official announcement was made on May 25th as the South Florida Business Journal and The Hodkin Kopelowitz Ostrow Firm, P.A. hosted the "2006 Best Places to Work"Awards Ceremony at the Broward County Convention Center. The annual awards ceremony honors deserving South Florida businesses for their efforts in fostering a great work environment. Jobing.com, Consolidated Credit Counseling and Kaufman Rossin & Co., were selected from over 150 nominees to receive the award in the small, medium and large business categories, respectively.

"We are truly honored to be recognized by the Business Journal as one of the best places to work in South Florida," said Sylvia Miller, South Florida General Manager, Jobing.com. "This award clearly validates the commitment Jobing.com makes to its unique employees, and in turn, the commitment we make to our South Florida market. We only hire the best because our expectations are unparalleled in the industry. Our clients deserve nothing less.  I could not be more proud of our outstanding team and the passion, skill and character they demonstrate every single day."

"At Jobing.com, we are truly committed to the belief that business success is all about great people," said Aaron Matos, PHR, CEO and founder, Jobing.com. "Every member of the Jobing.com team is passionate about our mission and our values. That dedication enables each of us to reach our individual potential and to provide our clients with unmatched service and support. Nowhere is this more evident than in our South Florida office. Sylvia and her team have created an outstanding workplace environment and have certainly raised the bar for our entire organization. We thank the Business Journal for such a prestigious honor and will use it as inspiration in our never-ending pursuit of excellence."

The South Florida Business Journal is the business and community voice of the South Florida region.  From education to transportation and affordable housing to the overall economy, The Business Journal covers key topics of concern for the region, ensuring that its readers are aware of the issues affecting their community.  Unlike many other award programs, the "Best Places to Work" awards are self-driven by company employees who answer a 40 question survey regarding their business establishment.  The questions are based on a six-point Likert Scale, with answers ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree.  Over a four-month period, Quantum Market Research reviewed the surveys and devised a score for each nominee, ultimately selecting winners in the small, medium and large business categories.
