Now Hiring cooks for our Sugar Land location.
Prepares, seasons, and cooks soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, starches, desserts, and other foods
for consumption in restaurants.
Understands and performs the fundamentals of broil, saute, roast, grill, steam, poach, bake, deep
fry, and proper cooling techniques.
Understands and performs the fundamentals of proper seasoning.
Responsible for meal period station setup to include quantity and quality of all required food and
equipment.
Observes and tests all foods by taste, smell and proper temperature.
Ability to read, understand and execute recipes for all menu items.
Ability to execute proper knife skills and handling of required equipment.
Understands the fundamentals of basic meat fabrication to include meats, seafood, and poultry.
Responsible for following established plating guidelines.
Responsible for following established health and safety standards, while keeping area clean.
