Jobing Description
Large petrochemical company in the Ship Channel area looking for an administrative assistant. This person will manage records, schedule appointments, develop, organize and maintain a filing system, manage statistical reports and other administrative duties. This person will report to four managers and will relieve them of other clerical work as needed. This person must be ADVANCED in Word, Excel, and Access; knowing Power Point is a plus. Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is also a plus. This TTH position will be paying between $15-20/hr depending upon experience. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a related field. This position is looking to be filled quickly. Skills / Requirements
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Access and a knowledge of PowerPoint.
At least 5 years experience in a related Administrative position. Pay: $15.00 to $20.00/hour
